At the end of the car chase, when Finley is killed in his car, this is done by throwing a cigarette on the leaking fuel. This is not possible in normal circumstances. The heat of a glowing cigarette is not hot enough to ignite fuel used in cars. A cigarette would extinguish in car fuel. It only could work with a lighter or matches.
