When walking through a hotels kitchen and back entrance Bartlet sees a young couple kissing and he makes a funny remark. This would never happen in real life. Prior to his departure the Secret Service would have done a sweep of the area. That exit would have been cleared of all people and there is no way a random couple would have been allowed access to that area.
