The hammer that Dale uses to break into the window at the end of the movie appears to be the missing hammer from the group of 4 on his father's wall. The problem is when Leah is pushed into the "Devil's Hole" you can see the 4th missing hammer at the bottom of the water with the light of the flashlight.
