The B-25B used by the Doolittle Raiders had the power turret located about halfway between the trailing edge of the wing and the stabilizer, and they did not have a tail gun position, nor did they have waist guns. The B-25s in the movie are later models (B-25H or J) with the dorsal turret moved forward just behind the cockpit, a tail gun position, waist guns and "cheek" guns. The B-25Bs did have "fake" tail guns installed, but they were just painted dowels that were stuck into the tail cone.
