The film has Afghans speaking Arabic--while they would of course speak Dari or Pashto. Furthermore, the US soldiers are fighting ISIS, which doesn't even exist as an enemy in Afghanistan--they are active in Iraq and Syria. It's the Taliban the US is at war with.
