At the end of the film, Natasha prepares to turn herself in to General Ross' men. However, the next shot takes two weeks later with Natasha, apparently free, with Mason, who gives her a Quinjet. It is never explained how she escaped from General Ross. However, not explaining something is not a "plot hole;" a more accurate term would be a "plot contradiction", which this isn't.
