During the Bus/Water chase scene the Russian can be seen on the back of the bus. After the shot of the Jet-Ski going under the bridge, you can see the Jet-Ski and the bus in the same shot. The Russian is not on the back of the bus. The next shot has the Russian back and hanging on the back of the bus.
