(at around 1h 35 mins) Just after the time limit to override the self-destruction of the ship has expired, the clock starts counting down from 5 minutes to 0. We see the clock counting down and it cuts away when the timer reaches 4:57, and then Mother says "ship will self-destruct in T-minus 5 minutes." This could be due to sloppy editing, for dramatic effect, or because Mother's voice is not perfectly synchronized with the countdown screen.
