Right after the "Dodge This!" line, Trinity shoots the agent in the head. When she says this they show the agent look to the left and you can see the gun at the side of his head. When the camera pulls away after she fires and shows the agent falling, he is falling backward and lands on his back. You can see the bullet hole in the SWAT officer's forehead when the agent loses the connection. Even if he turned his head, he still wouldn't have fallen backwards perfectly like he did.
