At the last Gourmet Club dinner Carmine examines the money in the brown satchel while Larry London speaks to the guests. There is a shot looking into the satchel showing banded $100 bills but all of the bills they show, and the rest of the bills in the stacks, are brand new. It is not feasible that every guest would bring brand new bills to pay for their meal.
