As young Biff is chasing Marty through the tunnel after Marty gets the almanac back, Marty pushes off with his right foot with his left foot on the back of the board (riding goofy). Later, as an upper body shot of him is shown, Marty is facing the other direction, with his left foot on the front of the board (riding regular).
