The subway train in which Andre pursues and confronts Michael leaves the 23 Street station, a local stop, and is shown running continuously at full speed without stopping for about six minutes before Frankie shoots Michael, and the scene ends with the train still moving. In actuality, it takes only one or two minutes for NYC subway trains to run from one station to the next. Express runs can take longer, but this train was running on a local track in order to stop at 23 Street.
