When Professor Lewis announces his name to the class; he then writes his name on the whiteboard for those in the back and continues talking. However, this doesn't make any sense because if the students in the back couldn't hear him say his name then they would not be able to hear him say anything else. And if hearing him is a problem he then can use the lecture podium microphone but he doesn't ever utilize it. Also, there wouldn't even be a need to write his name since it would be listed on the syllabus or class schedule anyway.
