In the prison escape scene, Jack and the Major escape when central control opens the doors to allow the LT in. In reality, those secure doors are like an airlock, she would have entered, the door behind would completely close and lock before they could even activate the next door ( computer controlled). At no point would both doors be open simultaneously, not even for a second. This is to avoid exactly what happened in the movie.
