(at around 44 mins) When Harry sees Snape in the Great Hall during the sorting ceremony, we can see the back of Professor Quirrel's head. Quirrel's hair is clearly visible under his turban despite the fact that Voldemort's head would be here. It is gone when Voldemort is revealed.
