The bomber arrived at the ferry dock at 0440 which means Carlin's chase could not have started before 1040. During Agent Carlin's pursuit of the bomber, we get a glimpse of Pryzwarra's watch when he is picking up the phone that shows 5:45 which could be 0545 (five hours too early) or 1745 (meaning Carlin took seven hours to get to the Crescent City Bridge). When Carlin starts to walk away from the Hummer in daylight, his watch shows 0950 (50 minutes too soon) but when he gets on the other side of the house, the time shows 1135 (more in sync with the timeline).
