Throughout the scenes with Casey Jr., we see a flag on the caboose. Just as he is starting, we see a red flag, and when the "Casey Jr." theme commences, the flag is white. The flag is gone all together when Casey enters the tunnel. When the stork lands on the caboose's roof, the white flag reappears. When he is snagged off the train, the red flag reappears.
