Seeing the red dots on the warrior's forehead Naru knows he is about to be shot, but this is not possible as she had never seen the dots before. They were obscured from her view when the Predator has earlier used his lasers.Perhaps not so obscured. She watched the from behind the fallen tree and could well have seen enough to know the dots were caused by the "monster".
