During the ballet performance, Monique has dark makeup and her hair is down while dancing as the villain/bad fairy but after all the dancers circle her and she appears as the good fairy she has light makeup and her hair is suddenly up in a tight bun and floral crown. It would not be possible for this to happen in quick movement. The cut and color of her dress also changes which means it wouldn't have been a quick change dress.
