At the end of the movie when Zack Jonathan Banks is shot by Axel he tumbles backward into a closed cupboard door with plane glass in a white frame. Next time we see Zack he is hanging on to the frame of the cupboard door with his head where the glass should have been before falling to the floor, though we have never seen the cupboard door open.
