Just before Papi (A Martinez) sees Officer Mark (Cedric Sanders) and a couple of SIS shooters on TV standing over his son's body, you can hear a television announcer speaking, saying, "We thought it was a Code 4..."In LA, a Code 4 means, "No further assistance needed" and there was nothing happening that would have indicated a Code 4. It is the last thing that would have described anything associated with what they were reporting on TV.
