Shortly after the sub has departed from Holy Loch, and having just dived, there is an order for the speed to be set at "ahead 1/3rd". One of the sub's helmsmen moves the engine order telegraph, signaling a request for increased speed. A close-up of the EOT shows that it had already been set at 1/3, and was now moved to 2/3.
