(at around 2h) As the Alien Destroyer is approaching Area 51, the entire attack wing launch their missiles. There are multiple impacts in the area of the 'sail' at the front of the Destroyer. The scene then cuts to Area 51 staff getting people underground for safety. In the background the Destroyer can be seen in the distance. It is completely undamaged, despite the dogfight going on in front of it.
