When Christopher Cowin is asked how he ensures no-one votes twice he says there is an international database of IP addresses, which makes the voting totally democratic. This could be by-passed by anyone voting from computers tied to different IP addresses (such as home/work/mobile). In addition, once one person linked to a IP address votes, no-one at that address would have a vote, such as in a home or workplace.
