(at around 5 mins) When William initially walks into his bookstore after taking the mail from Martin, he approaches a bookcase to his right. In a close-up of the books on three shelves, it can be seen that one says 'Siberia'. Also, there are two small posters tacked to the side of this bookcase - the bottom says 'Mukiwa', and the top says 'Lonely Planet'. When Anna browses that same bookcase, she looks at the book 'My Turkish Delights'. The books that are on the shelves of the bookcase and the top poster that is tacked to the side are now completely different.
