When Lando is leading the rebel fleet to attack the new Death Star he notices the shield is up. The next scene the Death Star fires the weapon at the fleet. The next scene after that, Han and the rebels plant charges to blow up the shield station. After they blow it up, the rebels attack.The plot hole is that the shields were up when the Death Star used the weapon. The shields would have blocked the Death Star from firing their weapon, which is what was showing in New Hope and Rogue One. The shields must be dropped to fire the weapon.
