After the tsunami Ray and Emma use their boat to search for Blake. The city is eerily quiet as there appears to be no other survivors in all of San Francisco. Even with that level of destruction there would have still been thousands of victims in the water or on upper floors looking for rescue, but only Ray's family and a couple of brothers survived?
