When Evelyn walks through the town, there is a Radio Shack in the background briefly. Given that Day 89 is dated to 2020, (based on Beau's grave from Part I), it would be unreasonable for a Radio Shack store to still be available in town at the time, since the company shut down in 2017 and is primarily online.
