When Kimble and Gerard are running through the tunnels, just before Kimble jumps out of the tunnel into the dam, Kimble jumps down into a undisturbed pool of water. Seconds later, when Gerard jumps into the same pool of water, it is still undisturbed, although Kimble just jumped and ran through it.
