Cee says to Ezra that he killed her father, but when her father gets shot, Ezra is sitting with his hands up. It is Number Two who actually shoots Damon. While it is true that Ezra fires the final shot that kills Damon, Cee flees before he does so, so she would have no way of knowing that.
