During the shootout at the Haitian house, Mike simultaneously ejects the magazines from both Glocks he's using. As the magazines fall free of his handguns' magazine wells, a live round also appears to fall (following the magazine) from the weapon in his right hand. Since both handguns appear to be in battery at the time (and not actually empty, in which case the slides would be locked back), there should be no loose round falling from the weapon. Apparently that doesn't matter, though, because immediately after the next cut he's already bangin' away at the bad guys without any evidence of a reload.
