The mask of Melina's face that Natasha wears does not cover her neck. The entire time Natasha is posing as Melina, it is clear that the neck musculature and skin is that of an older woman (including the "dimple" at the base of the throat) whereas after the mask is removed, the neck's skin and musculature is clearly that of a younger woman (including the disappearance of the "dimple" at the base of the neck).
