The next reading of the bomb timer is 4m37s. 10 seconds later (of movie time) Bond leaves the trailer in clown makeup and costume. Which means Bond took 28 seconds of the bomb timer time to change into the clown costume and makeup. However, it is an acceptable artistic licence in montage.
