(at around 1h 35 mins) When Spider-Man is trying to stop the train, the font left window of the first car shatter, we can see that the handrails are on each side of the door, (pointing toward each other). The next shot shows the suit on his left arm ripping, and then the handrails are now pointing forward. A couple of shots later, when the right window shatters, the handrails are again pointing toward each other.
