The syringe administering both the blue (make invisible) serum and the red (make visible) serum are the same size. The red dose given to Isabel filled the syringe. The blue dose given to Sebastian also filled the syringe. Isabel is more than twice Sebasitian's mass so his dose should have been much smaller.
