When Kersek walks into the kitchen before he's killed, we see Graciella's face and hear her speak. When she is out of frame, it's not enough time for Cady to kill her, switch clothes with her and come back from the pantry to the kitchen.What is supposed to be taken for Graciella's face and voice is the thin edge of Cady's profile and his imitation of her voice. Cady likely killed her while Kersek was lured away by the banging window. That gave him plenty of time to put her clothes on.
