At the end of Halloween - La notte delle streghe, when Loomis shot Michael off the balcony afterwards he looked down from the balcony to see Michael wasn't there and he wasn't surprised by this, yet at the beginning of this film, Loomis goes down stairs after shooting Michael and is shocked to see him gone.
