There are NO mountains anywhere near Langley AFB, Virginia, although mountains clearly are seen in the background. Langley is not Langley AFB, but Langley McLean, Fairfax County, Virginia, outside DC, which is the headquarters of the CIA and NSA, where there are mountains.
