When Draco Malfoy is being sorted, the Sorting Hat calls out "Slytherin" before it is actually placed on his head, which is pretty much the way it happens in the book. However when Professor McGonagall lifts the hat away from his head, his hair is clearly out of place as though the hat had actually been sitting on his head.
