Fifteen minutes into the movie, in the scene where Georgina and Zak are visiting Zak's sister and right after the pregnancy mold is broken, the movie flashes to Georgina a few times, showing her reaction. It is clear that the baby in her arms is a doll, not a live baby as you are shown earlier.
