Jack is shown crawling through a cramped attic through timbre beams, a process that takes him some time. Yet when he calls down to Lev that he's coming back down, he's back in the room within 13 seconds of screen time. It seems unlikely that Jack could have made it out of such a confined space and down a ladder within such a brief timespan.
