At the 1 hour 6 minute mark, in the garage fight, to avoid the sword strikes, Frank (Jason Statham) uses the bare metal pipes as "monkey bars" of sorts, grabbing them with his bare hands and swinging around them. However, moments later one sword stroke cuts straight through the pipe, and it starts spewing copious steam. Considering that steam in pipes is kept at around 100 to 300°C (up to 572°F), Frank repeatedly grabbing them to swing would have led to instant second-degree burns or worse. Furthermore, there is no way there would be exposed, uninsulated steam pipes in any garage, much less tropical Miami.
