The size of the blood stains on Kim's dress starts out small on the left of silk collar portion. By time she confronts the mob on the mansion hill, the stain on the silk collar portion of the dress expands to the top of the left sleeve and in addition, there's also two more blood stains. There's a small one on the corset portion of the dress and one on the skirt.
