When Barnes is trying to loop the timer on the bomb at the end, the timer is not only inconsistent with the run-time, it jumps back a few times. When Barnes chooses a port to loop the timer, as the shot cuts back to the video of Sid, you can see the timer go from 3 seconds to over 40 seconds indicating that the loop worked, even though Barnes says it didn't work.
