When Matrix accesses the front wheel well of the DC-10, surely he has compromised the pressurisation of the aircraft? Presumably as the plane gains altitude that's going to trigger an alarm of some kind and result in a return to the airport. Of course Sully might have left before then and the bad guys might not be alerted.
