Jigen is uncharacteristically unconcerned about Lupin at the end, even though there's a chance he'll die from the poisoned tattoo; he has openly cried a couple of times whenever Lupin was seemingly killed, and in Part 1 Episode 4 he acted unconcerned but started to quietly panic after a while.
