(at around 13 mins) At the beginning when Billy shows up at Sidney's window he climbs it. When he leaves he simply walks away when her bedroom is supposedly on the first floor of the house and not on the ground floor. There might be a little awning right below Sidney's window that Billy can walk on when exiting.
