In the opening scene, Murphy walks past the first zombie, then shoots the second zombie in the forehead, killing it. It falls to the ground and lies motionless on its right side, with its left shoulder in the air, and both arms in front of its face, which is pointing into the sand. Then the camera cuts to closeup, and the same zombie is now lying on its back with face pointed toward the sky, and its arms away from each other on opposite sides of its torso.
