SPOILER: When and how did Esther get to an American orphanage without having been dropped off by someone? Even if she somehow managed to forge her paperwork, she would not be able to just show up to the orphanage with it. It also begs the question on how she avoided medical exams the whole time she was there, where it would have been easily discovered that she's actually a 33 year old.With the release of the prequel Orphan: First Kill, most of the questions in this are answered, from how Esther arrived in America to how she would arrive at the orphanage the Colemans adopted her from.
