When Linguini takes Remy to the Seine River for 'disposal', remy is in a jar.When Remy is freed from the jar, he runs away. From that period, to when he turns around and looks back, to when he runs back to Linguini, the jar disappears. It is not in Linguini's apron, or clothes (as witnessed when they return to the apartment).
